If you are a professional client ("qualified intermediary"), incorporating offshore companies for third parties as a matter of regular business, please contact us for our special fees for professional clients.

Bank account and brokerage account applications are processed on a best efforts basis subject to the procedures and due diligence policies of the financial institution. Many institutions restrict the nature of their new accounts to avoid high risk businesses. In addition, worldwide “Know Your Client” procedures mandate requests for sufficient documentation to meet any internal or jurisdictional audit requirements.
